Hello - 

In reviewing our publications, I am seeing products we have in IM published to 1WorldSync Content1.  How are these records getting published to this GLN and who can see this data? Is all the information we have in IM getting published or just a sub-set of data?

We are a data provider and not always the Brand Owner.  Plus we are publishing to GS1 US (Verified by GS1) to utilize Data Hub for GTIN management and some of our customers use our prefix for their GTINs.

I need to be very careful and not have proprietary information out there that should not be.

Any information is appreciated.

Hello @lvanhouten and welcome back.  It's nice to chat with you again.  We looked from a technical standpoint and it appears your org opted in for content1via the resources center in IM.  This is the behavior you are seeing and described above.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.

@CommunityJedi22 are you able to tell who opted in? Was there a document signed?

Who can see this data? Is all the information we have in IM getting published or just a sub-set of data?

Do we have the option to opt out?

@CommunityJedi22 - I am circling back on this. I have not been contacted by anyone at 1WS concerning my questions around 1WorldSync Content1.

Any help is appreciated - I want to understand the process and ensure proprietary information is not being shared.
