Publication error

I am receiving the following error after publication and can not find where to correct.  

Nutrition Panel 1 Nutrient Protein total method of determination unknown (PRO-) or Protein total determined by direct (PROA) is required for Food product

Can anyone direct me on how to correct this error?

Thank you @AngieR for that information. In Item Management you would want to go to the Advanced View in the nutrient section.

Then scroll to the bottom and add either PRO- or PROA and fill in the nutrient information for protein.
