Hi Frank,
When you create and send over a new item to Kroger, you need to have all of the indicators flagged as yes. The hierarchy needs to have a positive on those indicates for them to be validated successfully. Please try to flag all of them as yes and you should be able to apply the proper Hierarchy Product Type.
