New External Recipient GLN - needs added

Teleflex GLN 0801902000019 would like to add the following GLN Recipient to our list of trading partners in DSD VAL. 

• BYRD-MIGRATION VAL GLN 4260590815644

Hi, this can be done by accessing the trading partners menu in the admin tool.  You can add the GLN there.  Please ensure you set the GLN Type to Recipient.

I did this already but when I tried publishing the GTIN to the Trading Partner I received an error message (201) that states "Invalid Subscriber GLN (4260590815644). Previously I had to get 1WS help to make sure the have this trading partner in IM as a data recipient.

I submitted this a week ago and it's stopping us from testing data migration into our validated system. Getting this trading partner GLN added to our DSD VAL environment sooner rather than later would be greatly appreciated.

@CommunityJedi22  We are having the same issues but in Production.  In the last three weeks, NONE of our GLNS have synced.  We are a recipient.

Hello @jchoroszucha, and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  Issues in receiving publications from trading partners as a recipient can stem from many different types of issues, including connectivity, etc.  I highly recommend you open a ticket with our technical support teams, if you have not already, so they can troubleshoot that with you.  

The issue that @c2b30 opened for this particular issue is the addition of a new recipient GLN in PP.
