Publication to a newly added GLN recipient from DSD VAL isn't working

I received a failed Item Pub Transaction when trying to publish to GLN 4260590815637, which I setup the same way as GLN 4260590810014 which did work as intended.

The GLN you are attempting to publish to is not configured as a recipient in our pre-production environment, resulting in publication failures. We have opened a ticket to address this issue on our end.
We’ll keep you informed as soon as it’s resolved.
