Inbound Transactions Queued

Hello,

Our Inbound Transaction continue to have problems. Inbound Transaction to our PIM have been queued since Friday. We are looking to gain guidance on how to fix this. Any help is extremely appreciated.

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  I took a look at your AS2 connection with is in Production and see successful transactions from us to you and the other direction.  Can you tell me a little more about the issue you are seeing on your end?

Thank you for that.  Can you provide me a specific GTIN, Message ID, etc that I can take a closer look at for you?

You're welcome. We have sent a bunch of Transactions since Friday and have not received any back. One example is 10850016092028
