What causes a GTIN to not show? If I search for the PAL GTIN, the each shows only. When you click on the each, then it will open up and you can see the pallet. We did have a review issue when we first published, but that has been corrected...although the review still shows. 😕 Just curious if we can do anything to make that pallet show? Image attached shows what I am talking about.

Hello, jschumann. I apologize for the delayed response. I hope you had a pleasant holiday weekend. I took a look in Albertsons PI and confirmed whether you search by the Pallet or the Each GTIN, you only see the Each GTIN in the search results. I am not sure why that is occurring but will check and get back to you.

Hello, jschumann. I hope your week is going well. I learned this behavior in PI has been in place since its inception. I agree it could be confusing if you search for a parent GTIN and the search results show a child GTIN only. As you know, click the GTIN in the search results will take you to the hierarchy screen so you can see the hierarchy.

Albertsons is not ok with that answer. They NEED the upper GTIN to show or we can't get our item in their. So what do we need to do in order to get this fixed.

I have asked for some input on this Product introduction inquiry. I wanted to see if I could get an understanding of why pallets do not show in a hierarchy correctly.
