For the last couple of days I have had issues with Product Introduction/Kroger.  When I bring up an item and then click on the plus sign for Select Region or All Regions (Geographic Regions) it just stalls out.  Any help will be appreciated.

I see that the item hierarchy did not have any values populated for the geographic regions before trying to add another.  Can you add the details for the first region and once complete add the additional one and see if you get the same behavior?

Sometimes that happens if you have an invalid character as an attribute value.  Does it happen for all your GTINs?  What GTIN are you on when you save and it kicks you out?

Working on GTIN 10072036280487 - I was able to enter other information this morning and save it.  Then when I went to this particular area it froze up on me.  Same place as yesterday...Thanks!

I do not see GTIN 10072036280487 in VIP for you.  Can you double check that GTIN?

That was the answer!  I wish it had shown me an error instead of just timing out.  I will make a note to remember that for the next item.  As always, thanks for your help!!
