Publications not processing

Hello! Is anyone else experiencing delays in receiving publications today? We have had numerous vendors reach out about publications and they all still show as "pending synchronization". Curious if there is another backlog. Thanks!

Hello @RebeccaNichols .  It is nice to chat with you again.  I saw a brief report around 7 am ET this morning there was a small backlog that was quickly resolved.  I have not seen any other reports of issues but I did just reach out to our tech teams for feedback. We do have a backlog for ISNs but not actual traffic.  The ISN backlog impacts inbound transactions to IM.  Transactions including adds, mods, cis, cin, etc) aren't directly impacted by this, just the ISNs to update IM that a CIN went out

Hi Rebecca,

It's good to talk with you again! I know our backlogs can be very frustrating for us and our customers. We have taken further action to help resolve the backlogs faster. The CIN are going out in real-time, just updating the status in IM is backed up. We are still moving forward it is just the rest of IM that needs to get updated on the already completed work.'

We appreciate your patience while we clear this backlog.
