Can anyone know that knows how to use this platform reach out? I'm stuck on (levels Case to each) not sure that that means.

A Case is a logistical unit that is usually used as an orderable packaging level for consumer units, known as "Eaches". An Each refers to the individual, sellable units of a product, that is the item sold in the stores to the customers.

Are you adding the item in Product Introduction Training Module 5: Non-GDSN Supplier Submissions or are you adding the item in Item Management 101 Basic - How to Add a New Item.
