Item Management vs Product Introduction Albertsons

Hello,

Im new at this. I have entered an item into Item Management meant for Albertsons. It has been published but awaiting CIC response. Does the item need to be published via Albertsons Product Introduction instead or will this work? Can I transfer the item over from IM to PI if necessary?

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our community platform.  As an IM customer, you are following the process correctly.  You enter your items into IM, link as necessary, validate and eventually publish to your trading partners, including Albertsons.  Once successful, you will log into Albertsons Product Introduction and "top-off" the data with the information they require that is specific to them.  The good news is because you sent it from IM, you will not have to re-enter data in PI, just top-off.  Once complete, you will submit it to Albertsons and follow that process.

Thank you for the quick response.

After Logging into PI and submitting I am getting this error message:

rror Key Code Error Message PI4002 Action or Update not allowed due to your permissions or the current status of the product.

any advice?

Hello, I just took a look and you have full access in Albertsons PI as a user for your company.  Did you complete the top-off attributes in PI before trying to submit?

Sorry but once in Albertsons PI where do I go to top off?

You can search your items, click them, and complete requirements.  IN PI, generally, you can validate your items and the system will tell you what you are missing.  Albertsons top-off has specific requirements so I highly encourage you to take a look at those videos I shared so you are not having to go back and make changes through the process.
