Hello
We have been required to fill indicator "Is the on shelf temperature same as the storage temperature? " from 1WS to Albertsons system but we do not find anything related to it in IM, Could you advise how that indicator present in ALbertson's system can be maintained?
Thanks

Hello @FlorS, and thank you for reaching out.
Could you please provide us with more information regarding the request, like what link you are using or from where you received the snippet?
The fields in question are not showing on the 1worldsync GDSN side?
There are temperature information attributes fields, under the Handling and storage, in Item Management, as well as days on shelf life.

The only field that is not shoing is: "Is the on shelf temperature same as the storage temperature? " the other are there
So for above attribute indicated we want to understand how we cna send data from 1WS

Hello, @FlorS, and welcome back!
The list of attributes maintained through the Product Introduction portal for Albertsons can be found HERE. The only temperature related attribute in PI that we see is "Temperature Condition Type Code" (GDSN field "Product Temperature Condition Code" (tradeItemTemperatureConditionTypeCode) ).
For any attributes that are not listed in this document, so they are not submitted through PI by the Supplier or the Albertsons different teams, but come up in an Albertsons internal system, we recommend reaching out to your Merchandiser for guidance or to the support team for that portal for information on how that data is being retrieved.
If the Sales team have confirmed to you that this maps GDSN data sent from IM/ NON-GDSN data submitted in PI, you could check and compare the setup of a published GTIN that shows the indicator populated in their internal system.
I also see a "i", in the screenshot, next to the attributes. For portals mapping GDSN fields, this usually provides the name of the GDSN attribute/s being mapped or at least the BMS id for it). Given that the indicator refers to different temperature codes, it's possible they are looking for specific values for the IM field "Temperature Activity Code" (TemperatureQualifierCode) alongside their min and max temperatures or for a value listed for the "Temperature Condition Type Code" field as well.
