Good morning team!
I have come across an issue that I had not had before. I am trying to delete a couple of EFLs and have taken off info on every field (like I've done before), but it's still giving me an error message, as seen in attached screen shot.
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated!

@jcharles and @Julie, good morning!
I think I figured out a way to permanently delete the EFLs. Since the error message was the need to enter the "Digital Asset Type Code," I filled this area out with "Product Image" and enter today's date under the "Digital Asset End Date/Time." It seems that this worked as it allowed me to enter a DAM image and saved the item. š

Hi Nancy, good to see you again! Can you confirm you are experiencing this issue on GTIN 10071072013219? I see that you were making modifies but I want to confirm the GTIN in question.
Thanks!

@jcharles, yes, that is the correct Gtin.

Hi Nancy,
When I validated the GTIN, this is the error I am seeing now.

@jcharles, I had updated all the attributes that were missing, including this one, but it would not allow me to save because of the EFL error.
I will go ahead and update the necessary attributes now.
Is there anything I was missing before regarding the EFL?

Nancy,
I did not see anything that needed to be corrected for the EFL to be worked. Please try to see if we can get the item updated and validated.
Let me know if you cannot complete this GTIN.

@jcharles, I tried to delete the EFLs again and save, but it's still giving me the same error message.

@jcharles, I updated all the missing attributes, as well as deleted all the info regarding the EFLs and tried to save the item, but it is still giving me the error message (please, see screen shot attached).

Hi Nancy,
Apologies for the continued issue with your EFL for GTIN 10071072013219. May I play with the GTIN to see if I can get them removed?

Of course, thank you!
