Creating New Items

I am creating a new item for Albertsons and keep getting the same error but I have filled out both fields.  

 

  • PI5025 Base Unit Indicator is required. Item (895297001208)
  • SW0303 UPCs (GS1 Trade Item ID Value) must be 8 digits and have a valid check digit. Item (895297001208)

Hello and thank you for reaching out via the customer Community.  Welcome.  I took a look at your company profile and see you do not have an IM subscription with us and are entering your info. directly into Albertsons only.  You could not send that content to any other trading partners.

regarding the errors, are you going to link another level to this Case, like an Each?  If this is a single level hierarchy and the Case is what a consumer buys in the store, your UPC would need to be a UPC 12 or EAN 13 that is scannable in the store.  You should provide the actual UPC on your Product.
