Albertson's PI

Has anyone else encountered slow response with getting back "IN PROCESS - PRODUCT INTRO" status for publishing to Albertson's GLN. Seems its not working correctly since in looking at the schedule for running subscription it hasn't ran since 4:32. Just trying to top off 2 items but can't get them to show up in PI. Just wondered if anything else is seeing this or knows of an issue.

Looks like the three items finally moved to ""IN PROCESS - PRODUCT INTRO" and are showing up in PI. Must have been a backup or something.
