Albertson's Group and Category not processed correctly how to I resubmit to process correctly?

We have submitted a product then had to change the Group and category. This resulted in the product response from Albertsons that the product populated is still under the old Group. How can I change this to the right category and resubmit to Albertson's?

Eric,

If the item has been submitted, then you can "pull back" the GTIN and correct. You can edit those fields and then resubmit.

The merchandiser will be able to see the changes and confirm for you.

I have this same issue.  Pulled back item - corrected group and category but per Albertsons, I need to create new item.  Created and submitted item but it still doesn't show on their end.  If you can share details on how this issue can be fixed.  Thank you.

Hello jcharles,

I'm having this same issue and followed your recommendation.  However, Albertsons is still not able to view changes on their end.  Is this maybe a glitch in the system.  Please help.  Thank you.

Hello @CF1 and I'm sorry to hear that solution did not work.

In the comments I only see 95 15 mentioned, however on your item I see additional values added that I don't see requested by Albertsons: Class, Sub Class, Sub Sub Class. You can try removing the additional values that are not requested and submit the item back.

Another option you can try is populating the "SMIC Override" attributes from within your Case and Each and after updating them, please submit the item back to them for review:

Keeping both options in mind I would first recommend reaching out to your merchandiser and request additional information about what specific attributes would need to be updated before doing any changes. Depending on what attributes they suggest updating you can try the solutions provided above and let us know if you need help during the process. Thank you!
