The Brand Engage collection is analyzed in the first two page tabs of the Brand Engage section of Analytics, both of which are discussed below.

  • Q&A: Analyze and act upon Brand Engage Q&A collection performance data
  • Responses: Understand and optimize collection based on how well responses are provided


Q&A

The Q&A page provides a detailed analysis of how your Brand Engage question and answer efforts are performing. This perspective addresses important metrics such as the number of unanswered Brand Engage questions and the average time to answer. The filters along the top allow you to focus on certain retailers and date ranges. The date on the Collect page is always from the perspective of when the question was actually written, which is also considered the collected date.

Q&A Collection

The Q&A Collection section provides key metrics on the performance of your questions and answers during the selected time period.

  • Questions - Count of questions on your brand collected by retailers in this time period
  • Brand with Brand Answers - Count of Brand Engage answers collected in this time period
  • Questions w/o Brand Answers - Number of Brand Engage questions collected during this period that are still awaiting a brand answer
  • Avg. Time to Answer (hr) - Average time between the question creation date and the first Brand Answer posted for questions created in this time period

Collection by Retailer

The Collection by Retailer section shows a breakdown of the different retailers that have collected questions for your brand during the selected time period and how quickly those questions have been answered.

  • Retailer - Retailer for which the question was collected
  • Questions - Questions for your brand collected by this retailer
  • Brand Answers - Answers submitted by your brand to this retailer's questions
  • Questions w/o Brand Answers - Questions for this retailer that are missing a Brand Answer
  • Avg. Time to Answer (hr) - Average time between the question creation date and the first Brand Answer posted for questions created in this time period, for this retailer

The Responses page provides a detailed analysis of how your Brand Engage reviews and responses are being collected. The filters along the top allow you to focus on certain retailers and date ranges. The date on the Response page is always from the perspective of when the review was created.

The Review Response Collection section provides key metrics on the performance of your reviews and responses during the selected time period.

  • Eligible Reviews - Number of eligible reviews (ie, have 1 or 2 star reviews and are matched to the brand of the retailer) for a brand engage response
  • Reviews with Brand Responses - Reviews with a brand response within the selected time period
  • Reviews without Brand Responses - Reviews that have not received a brand response within the selected time period
  • Reviews Dismissed - Number of reviews that were dismissed within the selected time period
  • Avg. Time to Answer (hr) - Average time between the question creation date and the first Brand Answer posted for questions created in this time period

Collection by Retailer

The Collection by Retailer section shows a breakdown of the different retailers that have collected reviews for your brand during the selected time period and how quickly those reviews have been answered.

  • Retailer - Retailer for which the question was collected
