The All Questions Report provides information in a tabular format for all Q&A questions collected in the date period specified, providing individual question-level insights such as Question TextEmail, Asker Location, and Nickname, as well as Moderator Name and Observations.

The All Questions Report is customizable in several different ways:

  • There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Clicking the plus sign button will expose additional filters. At any point, you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
  • Click Edit Columns on the right-hand side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
  • To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.

Filters

Filter Name Description
Category

Filter by category of the products with questions.

Brand

Filter by the brand name of the products with questions.

Page ID

Filter by page ID associated with questions. To search for multiple page IDs, enter a comma-delimited list.

Answered Filter by whether or not the question has an approved answer.
Email Filter by email associated with the question.
Is PWR Publishable

Filter by the publication status set by your team.

Observations Filter by the Observation reason code set by the moderators.
Question ID

Filter by the ID given to the question.

Question Keyword

Filter by keyword in the question text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited list.

Site Status

Filter by the publication status set by the PowerReviews moderation team.

 

 

Column Headers

Below is a list of the columns available in this report. To edit which columns are displayed in the report, click Edit Columns above the report. You can also reorder columns using the drag-and-drop functionality.

Column Header Description

Created Date

The date a question was submitted.

Product Name

The name of the product for the submitted question.

Brand Name

The brand name of the product for the submitted question.

Page ID

The unique ID for the product is passed in the product feed.

Question ID

The unique ID of the submitted question.

Question Text

The text of the question.

Question Category Type

The type of question (e.g., Product Quality, Customer Service, etc.).

Email

The email associated with the question.

Asker Nickname

The nickname provided by the customer who asked the question.

Asker Location

The location was provided by the customer who asked the question.

Locale The language and country associated with the question.

Answered

The status of the question in terms of whether it has approved answers.

Expert Answer Count

The number of expert answers provided for the question.

Is PWR Publishable

The moderation status is set by the PowerReviews Moderation Team.

Site Status

The publication status is set by the PowerReviews moderation team.

Observed By

The moderator associated with the observation

Category

The category of the product associated with the question.

Observation Names The full name for the associated observation code.
Category Hierarchy A list of the full hierarchy of categories.
Last Publication Modified Date

Date of last modification of the question.
