The Syndigo platform has a Scorecard Summary report that allows you to see the overall scoring activity at the scorecard level as well has the history of scores.
To get to this report:
- Click Report Center in the global navigation.
- Click Report Builder.
- Click the Generate Insights Report button.
- Choose Scorecard as the Report Type and Scorecard Dashboard Summary.
- Leave the reporting window filtered to the last 7 days. Enter an email address to receive the report by email or download the generated report immediately.
- Click Save and Generate.
A CSV file will download with all the scoring activity across scorecards listed by scorecard names. It will also contain the following fields:
- Created by
- Frequency
- Recipients
- Category
- Vendor ID
- CH Template
- Current Score
- Prior Scores
- Department
- Brands
- Marketplace
- Availability
- Total Number of Products
- Competitive Ranking Setting
- Next Scheduled Scorecard
