The VendorScor program evaluates various content attributes collected from your website. These evaluations are then calculated to an overall score based on configured weighting in content templates. These templates are configured and loaded for you in the Syndigo platform. To reference the scoring settings you can download each one from the Content Health Scoring Templates screen.
- Using the global navigation menu, navigate to Configurations > Analytics Control Center > Content Health Scoring Templates.
- Click the checkbox next to the template you’d like to download.
- Click Download.
An excel file with the settings for scoring will be downloaded to your computer. Please review the tabs with weighting.
If you’d like to make an update, please send the template with the proposed changes to your account manager.
