The Scorecard Dashboard report allows you to see how each product scored for each listed condition across all of your scoring templates. This allows you to focus on particular scoring conditions and see how many products fall under each condition across all reports to help identify areas for improvement. To get to this report:
- Using the global navigation menu, navigate to Report Center > Scorecard Dashboard.
- Click Generate to run the report.
You will see all your scoring data across all products and scoring templates and grouped by priority. Clicking on a scoring criteria will filter the data table below to the products that were categorized in that condition based on the applied scoring template. You can export this data table by hovering over the top right of the table until you see 3 dot ellipses. Click on that then click on Export Data.
To help you narrow down your dataset you can use the supplied filers on the left side of the report including selecting the specific score card template you are interested in or you can enter specific product search attributes.
If you don’t see a particular search filter condition, you can add additional ones with the Gear icon at the top right of the filter panel. From there you can select from the standard filters or add your company level private attributes.
