The Content Health page gives a score about the quality of your content on a retailer's website. This score acts as a guide to help you continually improve your content so you can create an optimal experience for your clients as well as be a great partner to your retailers.

Content Health Navigation

To navigate to the Content Health Report hover over Report Center > Content Reports and click Content Health Summary from the left-hand navigation menu.

Current Tab

  1. The Overall Content Health score at the top-left of the report takes into consideration all Content Health templates for all retailers to give an average for your products. Additionally, a percentage breakdown of products (URLs) in Good Standing, Medium Priority, and High Priority is displayed. Filters can be applied to customize this overall score to focus down on a specific list of products (Product Sets) or Website for example.
  2. The Website/Brand graphic at the top right of the report displays a breakdown of Content Health scores by Website or Brand. Users can hover over a data point within the bar graph to see a summary of the metrics represented for the brand, including Priority Status and % of Live Site products.
  3. The Priority tables list the metrics that are affecting your Content Health score (High Priority and Medium Priority metrics have a negative impact on your score, while metrics in the Good Standing section influence your score positively).
    • Users can select one or more metrics from these tables to focus product table based on those metrics. To select multiple metrics, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking.
  4. The Product Table is used to display additional information about the metrics selected from the priority tables above. By default, all products are displayed in the table, which can also be viewed from a Brand or Website lens by clicking the appropriate tab.
    • Clicking a product(s) within this table will highlight exactly what issues are affecting the Content Health score in the priority tables above.

Trends Tab

The Trends tab is accessible by clicking Trends in the top left-hand corner of the Content Health Summary. The bar graph showcases the change in Content Health scores over time. By default, this graph displays metrics for the previous 30 days as shown in the upper right-hand corner of the tab

  • Users can hover over a data point in the graph to see a snapshot of the Content Health for the selected day. Clicking on a data point will focus the metrics represented in the report table on this page accordingly.
  • Filters may be applied to focus the trend graph on a specific set of products, or a more desirable date range, or perhaps for a specific retailer site.
