Account admins can customize the Compare with Live thresholds to affect how individual attribute value comparisons are flagged (by match % ranges) in the various reports and dashboards. Accounts can also choose what version of the product content to evaluate in these comparisons.
Adjust CWL Settings:
- Click Configurations from the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click Company Settings in the secondary navigation options, and then select the Compare With Live option.
- Select from the following options to adjust the CWL settings that display on the dashboard.*
- Do you want to use the same thresholds for all attributes?
- Yes – all attributes will be “scored” based on the single “All Attributes” threshold setting. Move the slider to create a customized threshold level for all attributes.
- No – a separate threshold scale will be presented for each attribute. Move the sliders as needed to customize the threshold level for the attributes you wish.
- Do you want to use the same thresholds for all assets?
- Same as with attributes, select and adjust the threshold levels for all assets, or for each asset individually based on your Y/N selection.
- What default comparison do you want to use for assets? The order of images is not always consistent between Syndigo and what is collected from the Live Site. This option enables a user to toggle between comparing images either as a set or as an ordered list.
- Compare Assets as a set – this option looks at all images available on a live site and compares each against the best matching images for the product in Syndigo, regardless of image order.
- Compare Assets as an ordered list – this option compares assets from the live site in the order that they appear on site, against the assets for the product in Syndigo.
- Click Save Changes.
*Note: Only account admins have the permissions to adjust the Compare With Live settings for an account.
