How To Send a New SKU Request to 1WorldSync

  • Content providers must use 1WorldSync' PartnerAccess portal to upload product content for SKUs to be sold through Amazon. Content emailed or provided any other way WILL NOT be accepted unless specifically requested.

    When requesting a NEW SKU that does not have an Amazon ID (ASIN), please do the following:

    1. Go to portal

    www.partneraccess.com/pages/login

    2. Login

    Enter your Login ID and Password.
    Click the “Claims” tab in the top navigation bar.
    Next, click the "Manufacturer Claims" sub-tab.
    Click the “Submit New Claim” button in the top right corner of the screen.
    Type “New” in the “Amazon ID” field and Manufacturer Part Number in the “Mfr Part #” field. EAN/UPC field is optional.
    Fill in the rest of the information on the form - subject and description.
    Note: field “subject” is mandatory.
    Select “Add/Modify Data” in the “Request Type:” field.
    Attach the file(s) for the SKU.

    6. Fill out the claim details and priority

    Fill out the claim details by including Amazon ID (ASIN) and Mfr Part #, priority, subject, and description. Note: fields “Subject”, Amazon ID, and Mfr Part # are mandatory.

    Please be as specific as possible in the description by indicating exactly what you are requesting to add or change. If the claim applies to more than one product, please list all of the products it applies to in the Amazon ID and Manufacturer Part# fields, separated by commas.

    Claim Priorities

    Normal – The claim is urgent and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

    High – The claim should be processed first, or the claim needs more attention than the others you’ve submitted.

    Critical – The claim is business critical and requires an immediate action because of potential legal ramifications.

    We understand that all claims are important. However, marking everything as critical will actually slow down the process rather than expediting it. Please use the status codes according to the descriptions above.

    7. Drag and Drop Files

    Drag’n’drop the file(s) you want to upload into the “Attach Files” box, or click on “Select” to view your files and select them.

    Select Request Type as "Content Enrichment" for data addition  or "Incorrect Data" for product correction from drop-down list.

    1) review the content;

    2) process the request;

    3) change the request status to "Closed".

    An email will automatically be sent to the user that submitted the Manufacturer Claim and all other users that are set up to be copied on claims notifications.
