Upload digital assets to the Assets Library or the Product Details Page according to Syndigo upload requirements.
The Syndigo Asset Library feature enables you to manage the digital assets and transform them into your recipients’ specifications. With Asset Library, you can store, view, and distribute digital assets, including images, videos, and documents, within your asset template specific to each of your sales channel endpoints.
- Log in to Syndigo and select the account.
- From the Navigation Bar to the left, navigate to Assets >All Assets you can add assets in one of three ways:
- You can drag and drop the file to the modal and it will automatically upload.
- You can click Select files. This will open a new modal to select the file(s) you’d like to upload.
- Hold down Shift or Command to select more than one file.
- Click Open.
- Paste in an asset URL.
- Name your file.
- Click Upload.
- Click + Add New Asset.
- In the pop-up window that appears, select the file(s) you’d like to upload. Hold down Shift or Command to select more than one file.
- Click Open.
Assets from the Attribute Library may also be used when creating Enhanced Content for a product.
There are no size or file type restrictions when uploading assets to the Syndigo platform. However, all assets are subject to recipient specific requirements and validations.
Assets uploaded to a product's Enhanced Content section must follow the file requirements for the widget being used.
