As part of the update to 8.40: 

• discontinuedDate was added to the PD
• And we see that the Occurrence of dam/excludedRecipients and /dam/a1c1FileName was changed in the PD

Would it be possible to see some sample files that include examples of the usage of the fields discontinuedDate, dam and isAssortment?

Hello @Brian2 and thank you for your patience.  I checked with our Product team and confirmed the Discontinued data is a mistake. The attribute is currently in the PD, but with the XML name of discontinueDate (without the paste tense of discontinued).

This caused the attribute to be added. We will remove that in the next release of the PD. Not sure what examples youy need other than what is already in the Gold file for this one

Hi @CommunityJedi22 : Thank you for the swift reply, (and sorry for my late reply). This clearly explains one of the issues we are having. And if discontinuedDate is going away, we need nothing else for this one.

We are also investigating issues with the complex field dam and also with isAssortment, and we have previously been able to solve such issues by looking at your samples without having to make a support ticket.

Do you have some examples of the usage of the fields dam and isAssortment?

Hello @Brian2 and thank you for reaching out. The DAM attributes are used with images that are loaded to the 1WS DAM. There is no specific example but we have helpful information in the community for DAM images HERE.

IsAssortment is used to drive a validation rule for Germany around the repetition of ingredientStatement group for assortments, such as a bag of Halloween candy.
