1WorldSync Data Recipient XML Guide

Please see the attached 1WS XML Guide for data recipients.  This guide outlines 1WorldSync’s usage guidelines for the proprietary 1WorldSync XML messages for Data Recipients (e.g., retailers, wholesalers, etc.). The messages included are:

• 1WorldSync Catalogue Item Notification (1WorldSync CIN)
• 1WorldSync Catalogue Item Subscription (1WorldSync CIS)
• 1WorldSync Catalogue Item Confirmation (1WorldSync CIC)
• 1WorldSync Request For Catalogue Item Notification (1WorldSync RFCIN)

• 1WorldSync Catalogue Item Subscription Response (1WorldSync CISR)

All schemas and structural documents are posted directly on the 1WorldSync website. Specific URLs for each message type are included in the samples provided below in this document.

How are recipients created? I have two customers requesting our catalog that is not currently in 1WS

Hello @imeldae and welcome to the customer community.  Thank you for reaching out.  We recently updated this space to help our customers successfully sync items with all recipients regardless of whether the recipient uses 1WS or not.  There is a lot of helpful information in the link below.
