Thank you for all your help. How long should I wait to reach out again if I am not seeing any responses to items in the certification queue?

Here are more items that have not been reviewed.  I am showing they are validated with no issues.

Thank you for the information.  How long should it normally take to get a response once items have been sent to the certification queue?  I have had items in the queue for over a week with no updates and Kroger needs an update in the status of items....
