Summary
To more accurately and effectively demonstrate the impact of syndicated reviews, on May 27, 2026, several Syndication reports will be updated. The changes are as follows:
- Review count columns now reflect Published Reviews only
- Column headers have been renamed to clearly indicate Native, Syndicated, or Total (All Published) reviews
Note: As part of this change, you will likely see an immediate decline in syndication metrics due to excluding non-published reviews. This is to be expected.
Action Required
- Update header mappings: If you subscribe to this report for automated integrations (ETL, BI tools, scheduled downloads), update mappings to the new column names to ensure those integrations are maintained.
