I was under the impression that, to get all of my products uploaded to VIP, I would use the GDSN template for my product's Class to do it all at once. I tried uploading the template, and it keeps saying that my GTINs are "not currently in the system", even though we sell at Kroger. I've triple checked the GTINs and they are correct. Am I getting this error because I haven't individually "created items" in this portal? Seems like that would defeat the purpose of using the GDSN template to do it all at once.
Hello and thank you for your question. It's a good one. You are correct, you should publish your product content from IM to Kroger to meet the required GDSN attribute values. Once successful, you will top-off your product content in the VIP portal with the additional attribute values that Kroger requires before you can submit it to them in VIP.

The update doesn't seem to be flowing through my pool data to 1worldsync! should i delist, wait 24 hrs, update, and relist?

When the information isn't flowing from your data pool to 1 World Sync this typically indicates there is an error within your data pool (Riversand) that is likely suppressing the publication from flowing. Sometimes we are able to view an error suppressed within an item publication. Please provide the GTIN and we will take a look.
