Some suppliers have trouble finding the supplier self-Service option in the retail link portal to set up a subscription with Sam's. The screen capture below shows how to locate Supplier Self Service.
Users can request a GDSN subscription creation by opening a ticket through Retail Link following this path: Retail Link > Apps > Supplier Self-Service. The support team will need your Retail Link User ID, Global Location Number (GLN), and your 6-digit Supplier Number(s). Note: A Catalogue Item Subscription (CIS) will be sent from Sam’s within 24 hours after setting up a subscription with Retail Link.
