This document is intended for recipients transitioning from 1WorldSync ContentCast to Syndigo’s Enhanced Content platform.
I have multiple sites across the globe. What exactly do I need to do?
Syndigo’s JavaScript integration is designed to scale across multiple global sites with minimal effort.
A single base JavaScript tag is used across all sites.
Each site’s unique locale (country + language) is assigned its own Site ID.
That Site ID is referenced within the JavaScript to ensure the correct localized enhanced content is delivered for each site.
Is there a different script for each site and each country or region our site is in?
No changes are required to your current implementation.
When you choose to upgrade to Syndigo’s JavaScript integration, the base tag and overall implementation remain the same. However, each site’s unique locale (country + language) will be assigned its own unique Site ID, which will be referenced within the JavaScript to ensure the correct localized content is delivered.
What languages are available with this change?
Syndigo’s Enhanced Content solution is locale‑specific and can support any languages that are supported on your site. Availability ultimately depends on brands creating and maintaining enhanced content for the applicable target locales.
Will this still support our Russian / Japanese /Arabic / Indonesian sites?
Yes. Syndigo’s Enhanced Content solution supports Russian, Japanese, Indonesian, and other locales, provided brands have created enhanced content specifically for those target markets.
