Does 1WorldSync offer Rich Content such as videos, 360 spin, showcases, inline etc.?
Yes we do! 1WorldSync provides rich content syndication through its ContentCast™ platform which is a separate service from PartnerAccess. ContentCast™ utilizes the content assets that manufacturers already have such as rich imagery, video, interactive demos, 360 spins, hot spots, comparison charts prepared by the manufacturer. This content is packaged for easy web distribution and consumption, then mapped to the product identifiers that partners use on their websites.

How can I track the changes I have made to my SKUs?
You may track all changes and corrections on your SKUs in the Corrections section of Reporting.
How can I track the content production status of my SKU?
Once 1WorldSync receives a content build request for your SKU, you can view the production status by searching for the particular PN# in the search box in the upper right corner.
Once the match is found, you can refer to the "Status" section on the right hand side of the sku.
Below are the possible statuses and definitions:
Not Available = There is no content needed to complete the build of this SKU and we need the Manufacturer to provide us with this information. Until then the content for this SKU is "not available" to the Channel.
Released = This SKU has been completed and content has been "released" to the Channel.
In Production = This SKU is currently in production and is going through 1WorldSync SKU production process.
Rejected = This SKU has been rejected for reasons such as invalid PN#, out of 1WorldSync's PDM scope, etc.
NOTE: Products will only show in the Catalog tab once we have received the content build request for them from the Channel Partner or the PartnerAccess Premium Manufacturer.
How do I add more users to my account?
Your PartnerAccess Premium account allows for the creation of multiple user accounts, where users can have their own credentials and customized settings like Category/Market filter, E-Mail subscription, etc.
Newly created users will then be e-mailed their password and can customize their own personal settings in the Settings section. This is helpful if there are different product managers for different markets or product categories.
How do I add/delete users?
The Master User is the responsible party to manage user access for the account. They can add and delete users as desired.
If you are not the Master User and do not know who is, and you wish to have someone added as a user, please Contact our Support.
If you are the Master User:
To add a user, click the Add button and complete the form. Note: the user name must be unique and can not contain any spaces or characters (letters only). Hit the save button and an email will automatically be sent to the new user with their login credentials and instructions.
To delete a user, click the box next to their User ID and hit the delete button.
NOTE: Your account is set to have up to 5 users. If more are needed, please Contact our Support.
As the Master User you can also check/uncheck the boxes after each user's email address to control who is the Default Assignee for the account (the user that the 1WorldSync Request notifications are sent to), and which users are copied on the notifications.

How do I delete a SKU or all my skus from your system?
1WorldSync does not delete old SKUs from the system even after they are discontinued by the manufacturers.
However, a Manufacturer can flag a sku as "EOL" in 1WorldSync's content.

How do I ensure my content is not released before the product launch date?
In PartnerAccess Premium, you may specify a particular products launch date by taking the following steps:
1) Search for your product.PN# using the "search" function in the upper right hand corner of the portal.
2) Pull up the PN# in question.
3) Within the datasheet for this product, click on the "edit" function near "Launch Date"
Note: The 1WorldSync "Launch Date" is not the date that the content will go live on the partners website.
1WorldSync's launch date refers to the day we release the content to the Channel. It can take several more days for the content to render on the partners website.
How do I request 1WorldSync to build new SKUs for my product line?
Manufacturers with a PartnerAccess Premium subscription, may easily add/request 1WorldSync to build a new product to be added to their catalog.

How do I see which Channel partner is receiving content for my product(s)?
In PartnerAccess Premium, you have the ability to see who receives content for your product line by
Clicking on Reporting> Dissemination. You can click on the "Delivery Count" for a full list of skus that particular partner has received from 1WorldSync.
In addition should you want to see the dissemination for one particular sku, you can search for your particular product by using the
"Search" field in the upper right hand corner and type in your MFG PN#, once the product match is found, pull up the products page and click on "Dissemination"
How do I submit a claim/correction to my products content?
You can submit a claim/correction for your products content in the PartnerAccess portal by going to your products data sheet and clicking on the "edit" function on the right hand side of the content.
For image claims, click on the "Image" tab and there you may add, delete, or mark any particular image as "primary".
Note: If you are a PartnerAccess *free* manufacturer, image updates are restricted to adding an image when one is not present in the content.
All corrections will show up in Reporting tab> Corrections.
How do I submit my content to 1WorldSync?
PartnerAccess Free Manufacturers can and are encouraged to send 1WorldSync your content on a regular basis by emailing it to Contact our Support. You should include your active product list with PN#s and descriptions, price sheets, data sheets, PDF's, Images etc. You may send us your content in any format and we will extract what we need accordingly. Please note 1WorldSync will not start building content for the SKU(s) until we receive a request from a Channel Partner to do so.

How do I update my product image?
You can update your products image by going to the particular products data sheet within the PartnerAccess portal,
and click on the "Images" component found on the left had side and click on "delete" to delete the image and/or "add" to add the new image..
For PartnerAccess Free manufacturers you can only add an image if one is not present by using the "Edit Image" function in the upper left corner.

How do I view the content that has been created for a SKU?

What are the Production Statistics?
Production Statistics are a depiction of the number of SKUs 1WorldSync has produced datasheets on for your catalog and the corresponding statuses.
Total SKU Quantity: Total number of SKUs in 1WorldSync' catalog since our existence.
SKUs Released: Quantity of SKUs 1WorldSync produced datasheets for.
SKUs In Production: Quantity of SKUs 1WorldSync is currently processing
SKUs On Hold: Quantity of SKUs that are waiting on hold because there is insufficient product information
SKUs Rejected: Quantity of SKUs rejected for reasons such as invalid part number, out of 1WorldSync' catalog scope, etc.
What happens if I upload content into the "Submit Unstructured Content" button?
Nothing. The "Submit Unstructured Content" button is not to be used.
Rather, the PartnerAccess Premium Manufacturer should submit your enrich catalog file to 1WorldSync using the "Enrich Catalog" button instead.

What is 1WorldSync Creation Date?
1WorldSync Creation Date is the date 1WorldSync first received a request to build the content for this SKU.
What is a filter? Why would I want to use a filter?
The Market/Category filter in the PartnerAccess application will allow you to easily manage the markets and categories that you care about the most, showing the most relevant information. If you are looking after only several specific categories and one market, you may turn a personalized filter that will hide all the products not belonging to your target market and categories.
The Market/Category filter is user-specific: different users created for your account may have different filter settings.
What is Premier Channel Partners? What are the benefits of this feature?
Premier Channel Partners are your most important Channel Partners you would like to release new product content to in advance of the rest of the Channel Partners.
You may select who your Premier Channel Partners are by choosing from a list of 1WorldSync' customers and adding them to your Premier Channel Partners group and then configuring how many days in advance you would like to deliver to them a new product SKU content before your launch date.

When should I contact a Channel Partner?
The time to contact the Channel Partner is when you see that the content is correct in the PartnerAccess Portal, but not rendering correct on the partners website, This is the time 1WorldSync recommends that the Manufacturer contact that particular partner and alert them of this issue which needs to be fixed on their website
Why cant I change 1WorldSync’s standardized product description?
1WorldSync’s Standardized Product Descriptions are generated by key technical attributes and are not a free flow text field.
However, if there is incorrect information within the description, you may submit a correction by "editing" the main or extended spec field from where this information is being pulled from.
Note that the requested update must comply with 1WorldSync's product data model rules or the request will be declined.

Why is my products content not showing up on a particular Channel Partners website?
