Click HERE to begin your getting-started training in our LMS.  Click on REGISTER

Welcome to 1WorldSync's Customer Community platform where you can access support documentation, and training, receive updates on different activities, and ask questions directly to your peers and our staff.  As a new customer, you get to utilize the new Learning Management System (LMS) we launched to greatly improve the training experience for our customers. For now, you will create unique login credentials for LMS access and can see those steps below.

  1. Navigate to learn.1worldsync.com
  2. Click on REGISTER
  3. Enter your:
  1. Email address - note: This will be your username going forward
  2. First name
  3. Last Name
  4. Password
  5. Retype Password
  6. Language - Note: English is your only option
  7. Branch Name should be auto-filled with "Customer"

7. Answer the required questions

8. Click Register

Now that you are registered with the LMS, you can then login and begin your training path.

  1. Navigate to learn.1worldsync.com
  2. Click on SIGN IN
  3. Enter your Username and Password

4. You will see your Learning Plan on the Start Here! page.

5.  After clicking into your Learning Plan you will see your progress and the items yet to be completed
6.  To complete an item from your learning plan, simply click on itCommunityJedi22_2-1682953071119.png
  • If you ever get lost, simply click on the User Menu in the top left corner of your screen to access your full menu.  In this menu, you will find:
    • Start Here!
    • Check your Progress Here!
    • Register for Live Training Now!

I signed up, used this site a couple of weeks ago and saved my sign in info.

However, it is not allowing me to sign in today.  Please, see attached screen shot.  Thanks!
