Follow the steps below to apply language translations to Recipient Feedback and Choice list attributes in the Syndigo platform. To learn how to change your account's default language, click here.
How to Translate Recipient Feedback
- Take a product into the Product Details Page.
- Find the Recipient Feedback within the Publication Checklist on the left.
- Click Change Translation Language.
- Select the language and locale and click Change at the bottom.
Note: Once you select a language you can translate other recipient feedback statements with one click by clicking the Translate feedback to _ button.
How to Translate Choice List Attributes
- Take a product into the Product Details Page.
- Select a Choice List Attribute and click the arrow on the right.
- Click Change Translation Language.
- Select the language and locale and click Change at the bottom.
Note: Once you select a language you can translate other Choice List Attributes with one click by clicking the Translate to _ button.
