The Announcements Center provides users with platform updates and recipient-specific notifications. The Announcement Center can be accessed in the top left corner of the platform. Informative pop-up messages that appear upon logging in can be overlooked when a user is focused on completing other tasks in the platform. The Announcements Center provides a way to keep track of these important updates.
Accessing the Announcements Center
In the top left corner of the Syndigo platform, click on the Syndigo logo to review new announcements. A red pulsing number will indicate new announcements. There are two tabs: Platform Updates and Recipient Notifications. You can click into each section to review the new announcements listed. Some announcements will provide users with links to the Syndigo Help Center for more information. Recipient Notifications will only show updates for the recipient connections added to the account.
