Please note we are working on an AS2 update with the FDA which is likely impacting some response times.  We met with the FDA late last week and expect to get it resolved with them soon.  I will update here as soon as connectivity with the FDA is restored.

Hello, We are still having these issues in connectivity.  This is seriously affecting our new product submissions to the GUDID.

Apologies for the delay in resolving this issue. We are working though our connectivity issues directly with the FDA. We apologize for any inconvenience and advise the moment it is resolved.

Is there are special number to get technical support in UDI? Sometime, I am channeled to a customer service in Romania and the person is not familiar with UDI. We do have some new agents that have not engaged often with the UDI GUDID. We apologize any inconvenience this might have caused. I would be happy to help with any existing issues you are experiencing. Do you have an open service desk ticket I can look for?
