Good afternoon. Currently, there is a backlog of transactions that are impacting IM, AS2 (Machine to Machine), and other Batch processes. Our technology teams are aware of and monitoring this closely. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide updates here as we learn when the backlog will be resolved.
Our engineering team reported that today's large backlog may take 6 hours to resolve which would mean it could occur until this evening. We are monitoring and will provide more updates as they are available.
