What is 1WorldSync's Relationship with London Drugs?

• London Drugs has contracted with 1WorldSync to create structured content and premium custom marketing descriptions for all new SKUs added to the LondonDrugs.com catalog.

  PartnerAccess for London Drugs is the online portal where structured content can proactively be uploaded, where 1WorldSync Requests for missing information need to be responded to, and where production status of the structured content can be tracked.

  Structured content includes: product specifications and attributes, images, key selling points, feature bullets, warranty and safety information, user manuals, what’s in the box, and other information needed by the consumer to search, compare, and understand what the product is and does.

  London Drugs has also partnered with 1WorldSync to offer you the ability to create Rich Content to enhance the product pages on London Drugs.com.

  Rich Content is marketing assets designed to digitally merchandise the product and entice the consumer to buy and includes: images/image carousels, videos, 360° spins, hotspots, feature spotlights, influencer/marketing copy, and other digital marketing assets.

What is the Product Content Production Process?

• When 1WorldSync receives a content build request for a new SKU from London Drugs, we gather publicly available product content (primarily from the manufacturer's website) and combine it with content uploaded by the manufacturer (or their designated 3rd party) through their London Drugs PartnerAccess account (online portal). We then transform the content and deliver it to London Drugs for use in-store and on London Drugs' website.

  For new SKUs, manufacturers and their designated 3rd parties can upload content, submit change requests for 1WorldSync created content, respond to requests for missing content, and view what content was created and delivered to London Drugs. All manufacturers of all products London Drugs sells have to follow this process for content submission/management for new SKUs.

  For changes and management of content originally created by London Drugs, please continue to follow your existing process directly with London Drugs. 

  The Master User on the manufacturer's London Drugs PartnerAccess account controls who has access to the account. The manufacturer can be active in managing the content or they can log in once, accept the Click Wrap Agreement (terms of portal use) and then allow other users to manage content on their behalf. The manufacturer will need to log in at least once and accept the Click Wrap Agreement (terms of portal use) before any additional users can access the portal. 

  Please be aware, 1WorldSync defines "manufacturer" as the company that owns the brand rights and IP for the products, regardless of whether they physically manufacturer the goods themselves or outsource it.

  Product Content Production Process

  • Product Content Requests
    When London Drugs adds a new product to their catalog, they send 1WorldSync a request to create product content for the SKU.
    
    
  • Content Aggregation
    1WorldSync uses content that has been submitted via Manufacturer Claim as the first source for product information collection and combines it with content available on the manufacturer’s public website (and other manufacturer content repositories where available). We then create  and send 1WorldSync Requests for any missing information.
    
    
  • Content Delivery
    Once 1WorldSync has all the necessary content it is reviewed through a quality assurance process, validated and delivered to London Drugs for use at their discretion.
