No, I am wanting to know once an upload of the SDL has been made - how long can a supplier expect for those changes or updates in the SDL to be processed?
The changes or additions from the Kroger SDL should be almost instantaneous. I would only add provided the sheet is completed correctly, the content should load right up into VIP.
Now, is we are discussing changes being accepted and processed in the back end, this would depend on the category manager.
