Hello @mgladden and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  If you would like additional help or even have us add the content to IM with you, I could have someone contact you regarding our Data Loading and Management Services.  Would you like me to do that?

We do have tons of training and information here in the community along with the Community team to answer your questions.

Hi @CommunityJedi22 ,

Can you help me with this error code?

ErrorCode:null; Error:The item is not currently active in the Kroger systems and hence cannot be submitted in this manner.

Hello @anthonykim, thank you for utilizing our customer community.

Usually this error message means either the item was published without a Submission Reason Code or it was published as Initial Load instead of New. Can you please help us with the GTIN you are receiving the error for to be able to assist further? Thank you.

@Val_P

Thank you so much for looking into this.

Hello @anthonykim and thank you for the follow-up.

Item is currently failing to synchronize with your retailers:

You can find the reason for the failure in the Item History Report:

1. 06943090421048: KRO:280: File Pixel Height and File Pixel Width cannot be less than 1000 pixels

Please make sure your images meet the retailer's requirements and, if they do not, please either remove them or no longer share those specific images with the Kroger GLNs. In this instance it is the Case image causing the issues:

Item  06943090421055 is unfortunately failing for the same reason:

File Pixel Height and File Pixel Width cannot be less than 1000 pixels

For item 06943090421055, the issue is the Case image for example:

Val_P_0-1760993898123.png

Item 06943090420980 has an identical issue unfortunately on the Case image:

Another issue is the Orientation Type Code, which should be left blank for Kroger, please.

I hope this helps. Thanks!

@Val_P  This helps tremendously! Can I take off the case image and add a picture of the product or does it need to be the picture of the case?

Always happy to help, @anthonykim

It is not mandatory to have Case images for Kroger, therefore, if you do not have images that meet their requirements specifically for the Cases, you can remove those images or exclude Kroger from receiving them (see screenshot below how to) to fix the synchronization error (2nd option is preferable if you have other retailers that may need the Case images):

@Val_P

I used a different picture, but now it is saying something else for all items, unfortunately.

ErrorCode:BVAPI004; Error:For [gtin14:06943090420584], Required element not found or not valid. [@initialCorpListCost.manufacturerSuggestedRetailPrice should be greater than zero]

Hello @anthonykim and thank you for the follow-up.

In order to rectify this, please populate the 6 blank boxes below on the highest hierarchy levels:

Val_P_0-1760996151053.png

#1 above should be for the MSRP itself in dollars (without the dollar sign)

#2 above should be what the cost refers to (usually 1 because the cost is for 1 item)

#3 above should be the Unit of Measure representing the number 1 in the previous column (almost always Each as a vast majority of items are sold per individual unit and not per pound or as bulk items)

Thanks.
