Brand Name Error: Brand Name should match the Brand Name as it appears on the packaging, including any ® or ™ symbols.
RDD: This is not an RDD attribute. Values for this attribute will be sent to all trading partners when you publish.
How to Resolve: During the QA process, we compare the content on the image to the content you provide. For this error, you likely have a ® or ™ symbol for your product that appears in your image but is not yet populated in your Brand Name attribute value. To resolve this issue, update your Brand Name to match the product image, including any ® or ™ symbols. The value you provide for Brand Name should exactly match what is on the packaging.
To create the symbols, you can use these hot keys:
™ ALT+0153 / Mac Option+2
® ALT+0174 / Mac Option+R
