Please follow the process below throughout the QA process and post your questions in the Comments below.  You can also review this information on the 1WorldSync Website as needed.

 

Apply the Kroger Playlist at Every Level of the Hierarchy

  1. Save and validate (this will check for Kroger-specific attributes and validations).
  2. Start with the lowest level of hierarchy
  3. Correct any errors or warnings shown in the growler message

On the Publish Level (the highest level of hierarchy)

  1. Search for Submission Type
  2. For item updates, set the Submission Type to "Item Updates."
  3. For item adds, set the Submission Type to "New Item Setup."
  4. This will indicate whether the item is an Add or an Update.

On the Publish Level (the highest level of hierarchy)

  1. Search for Potential Published Item Level
  2. Set Potential Published Item Level to "True." (This allows you to populate the Kroger Intended Sales Variant.)
  3. Enter all Kroger Intended Sales Variant data.
  4. Add Primary Contact details (name, email, phone) and DUNS Number.
  5. Enter Kroger Regions data
  6. Save and validate

Verify that the updates were successful in the Worklist.

 

Ensure the following 6 key eCommerce attributes comply with the Kroger Style Guide

Submit Items for QA

  1. Select ready items from the search results
  2. Click “Publish” and enter the “Kroger API Certification Queue” GLN – 0838016000123

Confirm Certified Items

  • Items passing the QA process and ready to publish to the Kroger API will be reflected in Content Readiness under “Certified Items for Kroger API” – GLN 0838016000116

  • A Synchronised CIC will also be sent from the Certification Queue GLN.  "Synchronized" during the Certification Process means the item passed QA.  This can be confirmed by:
  • Clicking on “Reports” > “Sync Status”

  •  Using the “Recipient” filter, enter the “Kroger API Certification Queue” – GLN 0838016000123

  • Confirm a “Synchronised” CIC

  • Items that failed the QA process will not reflect in Content Readiness and will receive a “Rejected” CIC and may receive additional feedback for corrections

  • If an item fails QA, review the corresponding CIC messaging and consult the Kroger Style Guide to identify and implement the necessary corrections. Once the adjustments have been made and the item is ready for re-evaluation, a republication will be required to initiate the QA process again.

  • Go to “Publications” > “Manage Publications”

  • Checkbox items to be submitted and select “Republish” and the pub type as “New”

  • Once resubmitted, confirm items correctly reflected in Content Readiness and a Synchronised CIC is received

 

Publish Certified Items

  1. Select certified items from the search results
  2. Click “Publish” and enter the “Certified Items for Kroger API” GLN – 0838016000116
  3. Confirm the publication was successful in your Worklist and review any CICs returned

What does this mean?

The error is asking for you to add a value for the  WERCS Product Classification which you can find under the Safety Information section on the each level ending in 0577.

where do we find this "Submission type" I cannot see it with the Kroger playlist enabled

Also could you please indicate how can I extract the list of mandatory and conditional mandatory attributes in playlist "kroger" ?

Hello @FlorS and thank you for utilising our customer community.

That field no longer exists in our system and you would add that data under the Kroger Item Submission Reason Code now.

Can you tell me where you saw that attribute being referenced as it could be an out of date document?

You can look at the Kroger Attribute Sheet for all the attributes Kroger needs but that would cover the basic attributes as well and not just the extra data Kroger needs.

Hello,

I published 3 items to the Kroger API Certification Queue GLN, but there seems to be a hold up on the "CIC State". It's been over 2 hours since I published the items, and they are approved on the Subscription and Sync Errors levels. When running the Sync Status Report, there is no information on Last CIC State Date or CIC Message Creator.1WS CIC State.png

Is there something that needs to be done on my end to ensure that the items can flow through CIC? Is it just waiting for Kroger's systems to update/synchronize?

Our new customer is wanting these items by tomorrow morning, so I am getting a bit antsy waiting on the CIC State to update/sync. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hello @honey_bee_123 thank you for using our community! Welcome! 

Since your items have been successfully sent to the Kroger API Certification Queue (0838016000123), the next step is to wait for our QA team to review the item information and issue a CIC response. Please allow it some time for the items to get processed. 

As seen on the Kroger API QA Process you would need to wait for a Synced CIC state to be able to publish your items towards the Certified Items for Kroger API 0838016000116 and get your IMF number.
