Wakefern has an auto-accept process to handle all publications received (CIC messages). After Wakefern receives the CIN, the message is subjected to matching and validation rules. The Catalogue Item Confirmation (CIC) response is generated immediately after those rules are executed. 1WorldSync users should review the “Sync Status Report” and the “Item Sync Exception Report” in the Item Management application to determine if synchronization was successful.
Sync Status Report in Item Management
CIC Responses:
Synchronized: Item has been successfully updated in the Wakefern database and is synchronized to the assigned Wakefern item code in the item database.
Review: Item data has been received and differences in data have been identified requiring the data undergo further review.
Reject: The item record failed to match an item in the Wakefern item database, for one of the following reasons:
Please note, once you make any necessary changes for an item that was Rejected by Wakefern, you can simply republish via Manage Publications in IM to override the rejection. Here is an article with some helpful details about that process: https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Knowledge/Override-Rejections-via-the-Republish-Functionality...
Thank you for your help!
I am seeing a lot of our items are in 'RECIEVED' status. Does this mean Wakefern received them or are the items still processing and will move to 'SYNCHRONIZED' status?
Hi Brookster!!
Welcome to our online community! The Received status means they have the publication on their side. Wakefern will review the arrival of new publications and as long as you have provided all required attributes for Wakefern then they will move into Synchronized.
@CommunityJedi22 and @jcharles, good afternoon!
I just received the "Review" CIC message from Wakefern for an item I published to them yesterday.
Is there any way to see why the item is in the "Review" status so that I can fix the issue?
Thanks in advance!
@CommunityJedi22 and @jcharles, I just found the answer to this question, which apparently I asked a while back, and your team helped me address it.
Sorry, it's been a long week! 😉
Have a great weekend! 🙂
HaHa @nancyVigo @jcharles No problem and have a great weekend
