Please see teh attached spreadsheet to help you with the details for Albertsons attribute requirements. Post any questions you have below.
Good day. I am getting error: "ALB:73 At least 1 image should have Digital Asset Type Code = Product Image (Digital Asset or External File Link)". I'm getting this for CASE GTINs. I place images for EACH but not CASE. When I validate the CASE with Albertsons-Food playlist, it validates without errors but then this is popping up. I am guessing at the point of being published. Grateful for your assistance here.
Hello @marnix76 , thank you for utilizing our customer community.
I have reviewed your request and If you are encountering that error in Item Management, we recommend removing the Albertsons playlist from the item, as it may not be necessary and could be causing the error you mentioned.
If the error occurs in Product Introduction, you can resolve it by adding the Product Image option under the Type of Information tab.
If you encounter further issues with this type of error after following the previous steps, you can also contact the Data Loading & Maintenance team for assistance through ticket CXOBS-1733.
@Theo . @CommunityJedi22 thank you for the recommendation. It resolved the issue. We add Wakefern and Albertsons playlists to the F&B product playlist because we find that this gives us a comprehensive list of attributes for us to enter. If we remove those playlists after filling the attribute data as per your recommendation, would that data be transferred when published? Or would we need to reactivate them in IM in order for them to be published?
Hello @marnix76 and thanks for your good follow-up question. No, adding and removing playlists does not remove any content values you entered and saved for attributes you populated while the playlist was active. The playlists are more of an aggregation of attributes and validations to help you successfully sync with certain trading partners and industry verticals.
Thank you very much. This is very helpful.
