Enterprises can use content subscriptions to monitor content collected and actions by moderators on that content, and stream all the data into their enterprise systems in real-time, via webhooks or productized integration connectors.

Setting up an integration for content entries is a simple two-step process, as explained in this article.

Adding a Webhook/Salesforce Integration

Integrations to flow subscription data streams to external systems can be set up using Web Hooks or any of our Salesforce connectors. Data streams include an extensive set of attributes about each event.

You would first need to set up an integration using either Webhook or Salesforce. Currently, only these two types of integration are supported for transferring content entries in real-time.

Content integration using Webhook integration:

1. Navigate to More > Integrations

2. Select Salesforce or Webhook under the Add integration tab

3. Select the data source under Step 1 as Content Subscription

5. Add a custom request header or body if required under Step 3 and Save

6. Once this is done, navigate to More > Integrations > Manage to find the integration listed.

You can now proceed to the next step below.

Adding a Content Subscription

Subscriptions define what content to monitor and what content event types to include in the data stream. For example, a subscription can monitor all content in a property or a subset of content based on any saved filter. Each subscription can include any of a wide range of event types to monitor, including new content collected, changes in moderation status, permission to use, or tags.

1. Navigate to Content > Subscriptions and click Add Subscription

2. Add a name/title for the subscription, preferably the same as that for the Content integration setup.
3. Select a saved filter for the subset of content you want to monitor. If you’d like to monitor all content in the property with a subscription, you’ll still need to set up a named saved filter that includes all content. If you haven't set up a filter, you may want to set up one before adding a content subscription.

4. Select Integration from the dropdown. All content integrations created for the property will be listed in the dropdown. Select an event when the data will be pushed. You can select one or more events to suit your preference.

5. Click Confirm to save your subscription. The content subscription created will be listed under Content > Subscriptions.
