When you click the link you will be directed to our LMS which will require you to quickly and easily register with different login credentials, for now.

I am receiving two errors during validation that I don't understand. I don't see a field to enter preparation instructions or preparation type. Where is this?

The two attributes in your screenshot need to be added in Product Introduction inside the Food And Bev Preparation Info Link as follows:
After adding the information, you should no longer be receiving the two validation errors in your screenshot.

@nancyVigo I'm so confused. Those screen shots are from the previous process, not where I am now. I finished item set up and moved into the Kroger page to ready the items for publish. Do I need to go back into item set up because I didn't receive those validation errors in that system. I couldn't be more confused if this site were entirely in Greek. I'm sorry to sound so dense I'm just so lost even after watching the trainings.
@nancyVigo I went back into item set up and added preparation instructions, but that error is still showing in the Kroger publish portal. And now I have new errors showing up. If that field was required in item set up, why didn't I receive an error before being moved into Kroger VIP. Is there a way to get real time help in this set up process? I work for a company with 5 employees, and I've spent probably 10 hours over the last week trying to get these in the system. My category manager at QFC wants to place an order and I'm at a loss to navigate this system. I'm really trying.

It looks like Kroger is looking for these GDSN attribute from Item Management:
However, it is quicker to add them in Product Introduction because you do not have to wait 15/30 minutes for the update to flow through from Item Management. In Product Introduction you can add them here:
On your Each you also need to add the Kroger Class and Net Content information in the Classification Specific Attributes section as follows:

@sarah-wground, I completely understand how you feel! When I started working in the VIP portal, like you, I spent countless hours working on just a few items.
And, yes, whenever you enter an attribute, it is very possible to receive extra error messages that you need to address.

Hi all, I have made no updates since my last post and now the errors I'm receiving are completely different. I'm trying to resubmit to get around this "draft" issue but nothing is working. I heard from a co-worker that there is an option to pay 1world sync to submit items on our behalf. Is that true? If so it will be worth it for us to look at that. I am at risk of not having this item set up in time to meet the required event timing of my customer.

Your most recent screenshot is from the Hierarchy Data Page, where you validate the entire hierarchy at once.
The screenshot from your previous post was from the consumer unit level - Each - of your hierarchy. To get back to that (Each) level of your hierarchy and solve the previous errors, you can click the Edit button in front of your Each on the screen where you have the "items were saved as a Draft" error.
Publishing your items to Kroger does take a bit of getting used to. We recommend the Kroger reference manual which you can find here Kroger VIP - Reference Manual for GDSN Information Providers to get used to the terminology and processes required.

I appreciate how patient and understanding everyone in the community is but none of this has been helpful to me. I am exploring the option of paying for data management service through 1WorldSync to have my item uploaded. I wish I had known that was an option sooner.
