IM 8.58 - 8.57 Included (February 2025) Participant Dictionary, Valid Values, and Validations

Please see the attached IMPD for IM 8.58. This release occurs for Pre-Production on February 21 and is scheduled for Production on February 22, 2025. 

Please note there was a late January release (IM 8.57). Due to its nature, size, and speed, there was no specific IMPD for that release. However, changes are noted in the IM 8.58 PD for those updates.
