Hello.  There was a recent update in our JIRA ticketing system that may impact whether you see responses from the 1WorldSync Service Desk in your open tickets with us.  It appears the upgrade changed the IP address that you receive comments from our ticketing system.  This means some of our email responses from JIRA are going to customer Spam.  Can you please kindly check your SPam folders and mark any JIRA emails from 1WorldSync as Not Spam?

Our teams are looking at this on our end as well.
