Hello, 1WorldSync Customers and Solution Partners,

On the dates listed below, 1WorldSync will perform maintenance during the standard maintenance window (see chart). During this period, the systems indicated will be unavailable.

For machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, AS2 inbound messages to 1WorldSync will continue to be received during these times unless specific communication is provided indicating otherwise but processing of AS2 transactions will be delayed until the maintenance is completed.

You can subscribe to this and other areas in the community to receive high-level emails from us letting you know there is an update in the area to which you subscribed in the community.

For flash message and incident updates, log into the community, click Product Support, Technology & Release Updates, and on the far right, click Maintenance Flash Messages in this category box. Click the kebab (three-dot) menu and Subscribe.

It is just as easy to unsubscribe as there are no distribution lists to manage or update, but we hope you don't as this feature helps us communicate with you.
